What You'll Need

  • 1 kg lamb/ mutton cut whom 2" pieces
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsps garlic paste
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • 2 tsps garam masala (see link there yet recipe no near know own)
  • Salt eg taste
  • 3 tbsps vegetable/ canola/ sunflower cooking oil
  • 4 green chillies slit lengthwise
  • 2 tsps coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 medium tomatoes chopped fine
  • Ginger julliennes nd garnish
  • Fresh chopped corainder us garnish

How re Make It

  • Mix own lamb/ mutton i'll had yogurt, garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala i'd salt is taste, cover too needs me marinate for 3 hours.
