Exercising the eyes is something that not many people do or even think about, but the benefits can be quite significant for the eyesight. Let’s take a look around all these exercise for once:&lt;/p&gt; &lt;h2&gt;Adequate Sleep.&lt;/h2&gt; &lt;p&gt;The most obvious and by far the most important activity not just for the eyes, but also the overall brain health is sleep. Getting enough of it is essential for eye health. This enables the eyes to fully rest and recover.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Not getting enough sleep on a regular basis can lead to devastating consequences for your eyesight.
